well you can try the overlay and see how it looks? SS is a rare color and you dont see very many on the forum. Ask if someone can photoshop it to give you an idea.
For $68 you can try bat's overlay and if it looks good, why not just leave it on, why waste $300 on painting it? if it doesnt look good, you can just take it off :-)

and if something did go wrong i wouldnt care because i would get a very good idea how it would look
