Repairing fiberglass bumper

I dont know how, or who did it. but my greddy front was scrapped yet again! by someone. I dont wanna go into details, b ut i have a feeling it was the tint shop i took it too.

Anyway's im planning on repairing it myself, since it is not extremely damaged. Its basically a curb rash on the lower fender section, near the wheel wall. No cracks (thank god) and basically paint stripped with some slightly rough surface.

Anyone got any guides out there to repairing fiberglass? sand, apply fiber, sand down, repaint is the general idea in my head.

Anyway's, my real concern is finding a way to repaint the area. I was thinking ordering stock paint code in a spray can and some clear coat somehow, but i dont know where to get it, or how to go about repainting the damaged area. Anyone got any ideas?
