I'm sure this sounds like a stupid little thing, but it's really bugging me. The clock on my '03 6mt no longer lights up. It actually seemed like there are 2 little lights, as it had gone half dark a while ago. Later models (I believe '05 forward) integrated the clock into the upper readout, but the 03's have a separate clock unit. My question: does that clock just pop out of the dash, or do you have to take the whole dash apart? Anybody run into this problem? I have my car for almost 5 years, and aside from the streaky windows, this is my first problem. No real complaints here.

 

its actually quite a common problem. if you do a search im sure you will find all sorts of DIY's or how to-type threads.
