carbon fiber fenders--help!

Hey guys I really need your help!

I have my Top Secret Carbon Fiber hood on my car right now and I just ordered a set of seibon carbon fiber vented fenders.

---I cant decide if I should leave the fenders all cf or if I should paint the fenders but leave the vent part cf..

Opinions needed.

most importantly, does anyone here have a black g35 coupe with carbon fiber fenders (vented)? Im sure someone does but I cant find anyone.

if I could see some pictures of the fenders I would really appreciate it!

thanks guys

All carbon looks different from every manufacturer...

When I had my carbon fiber front bumper / side skirts / rear unders, they matched from the same manufacturer...

the hood from a different manufacturer had a larger weave with a lighter shade

the rear spoiler had a darker shade with tighter weave...

it looked off to me, but I went with it since my car was a miss matched color mess to begin with .. haha

but when they care close rite next to eachother like a hood to a fender... IMHO (which this thread is asking for) two different color / weave carbon fiber looks bad...

Its like putting a Liquid Platinum Hood on a Brilliant Silver car... etc...

if you paint all the fenders but the vents... it would hide any differences in the carbon finishes...

On a side note, I really cant find pics of anyone who even has cf fenders!!

alright, I just got off the phone and there is a good chance the cf hood and fenders will match up given they are from the same company

THey have a better chance of matching... I thought you said you had a TS hood, didnt relise it was a replica from the same company...

If they are made from the same manufacturer for them then they should match up,

alright, now im debating on doing a fade into the fender from the bumper and perhaps a fade out into the door panel..

If i do that..then i have to think if itd also have to fade the bumper into the hood too....

Hey, are the seibon cf fenders 10mm wider than stock? I've been thinking about getting them as I just ordered the cf hood and trunk.

Yes they are. Too bad you just got the hood and trunk, Im offering a sick deal on combo's.

Triji- car looks better and better everytime I see it. Keep it up bro.

Rphillips- your weaves will match, they are all 2x2 twill weave. I say to paint them like Triji did, his fenders are straight sick.
