Ill be doing the G35 to G37 front conversion this winter. Pricing out hood, fenders and bumper in the coming weeks. Except Ill be cutting up an OEM G37 bumper and using the top portion of it to graft into my NISMO bumper. Fenders will be cut in half above the center of the wheel arch, back will remain G35 and front portion of the fender will be G37 to fit the hood and headlights since the bottoms of the fenders differ slightly where it bolts up infront of the doors.

I prefer the G35 rear over the G37 but the G37 fronts look more agressive than G35s

Is that orange G35 owner a member here? Ive got a few questions for him if he is. ANyone know?

Dont do it the fronts are so bad looking for the amount of time. Take one of the aftermarkets and mold it the way you want or cut it up. Theres been some sick customization to some fronts and rears. The amount of money and time you should just save and put into boost.

For one thing... I LOVE doing my own bodywork and paintwork. Two... I think the 37 headlights and fronts look 100x better than the 35 front. Ive done headlight and tail light conversions before so stuff like this is right up my alley. Plus I work in a machine shop so I can machine any kind of custom brackets or whatever else Im gonna need.

Personally I like having the newest bodystyle of whatever vehicle I own. And since Ive sunk money into my car and dont feel like parting it out for a G37 I might as well make it look exactly how I want since I have the skills and resources.

Ive always been one for aesthetics... Id rather had a sexy looking car than a stupid fast car. Boost in is my future anyways after I repaint the car

if u look closely to at that conversion, it looks like they molded the fender to the pillar by the windshield.....sheesh.

i think the easiest way to do this conversion would to get a 37 bumper and a g35 bumper, mold them together, mold 37 to g35 fenders again, make brackets for headlights, 37 hood, wiring and ur good to go.

ive done lots of conversions in my past too. good luck to anyone thats trying to do this

great post, and i agree the 37 front looks mean and sleeker, specially when modded. Get a sport bumper with front splitter and painted headlights with ironman leds. I would get the top secret hood since you need a new hood for the conversion

I like how my G35 looks just fine. I don't envy anything the G37 has besides the interior and motor. Other then that, I'll stay with my G35. Pass on the 37. Rather ride a 370Z

And just to add. I always felt like Infiniti screwed up the lines of the G37 like Lexus did with the SC400.

It now looks like a chicks car. I'm not knocking G37 drivers cause I've seen clean and nicely modded G37s but the stock body is bleh. Too bubbly

nothing wrong with the 35 headlights, but just think of it as doing a kouki conversion. to each their own

Well I just found a sport bumper, fenders, and hood for next to nothing.... Just need to know if the G35 and G37 hoods are the same width by the A pillar and interchangable.... anyone know?

I think finding G37 headlights for a good price is gonna be the hardest part to find
