I have an 04 G35 Coupe in Diamond Graphite and I've been thinking about removing the "INFINITI" and the "G35" so I would just have the Fuji emblem.

My question is do you think its to late to do this because the paint behind the letters will not match the paint on the trunk? Thanks for the input.

 

Just did my 04. can barely tell a difference. Just do it.

 

it doesnt matter yes you'll have a slight shadow of where the infiniti and g35 letters are but it will fade away in time..

 

Just do it and buff the **** out if the trunk and it'll look fine =)

 

I did it on my '03.5 Brilliant Silver, and you can hardly make out where the letters used to be.
