How are our rear spoilers attached?

Are they bolted on or is it some sort of adhesive?

If it is adhesive, is it feasible to remove the stock and replace it?

I believe it's both...bolts and some kind of double sided tape which also acts like a sealant. I'm not sure where, but i've seen a picture here in the forums of the trunk with the spoiler removed.

it is both if you take it off you will have holes so you will need to replace it with another one or get the holes shaved up

Ok cool. I have that carbon fiber OEM wing coming in so I wasn't sure.

The adhesive should come off with goo gone automotive I'm thinking then.

^^ search, i've seen threads where it was confirmed, but then others who swear the holes did not match up.

3M tape.. Use sealant (you can pick up at any hardware store) and seal the edges.. on spoilers that'll get hit hard by the wind you should bolt it down OR epoxy it on.

sounds weird but thats how its done ._.
