I just got some 7% all around except for windshield today. LOL

My guy used Johnson Films. IMO, they look great on my car.... BTW, I got the none-metallic kind.

i bet cops love that tint law in cali. if they dont meet their quota for the day before their shift ends they can just pick out any person with

even a slight hint of a tint and cite them.

In Arizona there are regulations. There are some installers that will overlook them but I have found the following combination works well and they meet AZ regulations:
1) Dont like a huge discrepancy between windows so I dont like to go more thatn 15% between windows and also like to stay within two combinations all around
2) The Front are at 35% and the Back and Rear are at 20%
3) I dont add a strip to the top of the Front Windshield....looks kind of tacky IMHO and there is already a factory tint of about 60%
4) Tinting more than 15% tends to be difficult to "read" through when night driving. A nuisance to deal with.

All in all it is personal preference.

Ps. I have lived in AZ most of my life and have titnted over 6 vehicles, from Trucks to Suburbans to Vans and now my 2007 G35.......

I just got 35% front and 20% on the back 3, 2 days ago.. i thought i'd contribute even though I don't have a sedan. Not too dark, easy to see out, and still looks great IMO. My friend got 5% in back and 20% in the front and it was hard to see out, so I wasn't down with that, especially living in CA and their dumb regulations

^^^ the gap on top is really small less than 1/8th of an inch gap.. very good tint shop I went too...

When I drive at night I hit alot of stuff.. I dont know what I'm hitting.. sometimes I hear yelling or cussing... I have to hit the side markers on the road to center my car...

LOL!! haha just joking.. I can see fine no problems here and yes even at night!

I've got 50% but it looks nearly stock. Helped with heat though. I can't stand the look of tinted windows but it was getting way too hot.

Anymore pics of 35% all around?

I have 10% allround, sometimes it's a little hard to see through, I wouldn't dare going lower.
