Painting the Seibon TS Hood? Your Opinion?

Alright so I have a brilliant silver 03 coupe with a greddy front bumper and a seibon ts hood. i was thinking about painting the hood brilliant silver. At first, i wanted to paint the whole thing silver. then i saw the pics below and it got me thinking...i came up with a few options. well, the car below only had two of the three vents on each side left black, and the third was painted. The options are:
1. paint the whole hood silver
2. paint the whole hood silver minus all three vents on each side (leave the vents carbon fiber)
3. paint the whole hood silver minus all three vents on each side except carry the carbon fiber stripe all the way to the wind shield
4. paint the whole hood silver minus all three vents and after the third vent (the one closest to the windshield), fade the carbon fiber into the silver
5. leave the hood carbon fiber (dont paint it)

ok so there are the options...HELP ME DECIDE!!!!

here are some photoshopped options i put together:

the original:

all silver:

silver with the vents left carbon fiber extending to the hood like stripes:

all silver minus the vents alone:

I would personally paint the whole thing silver....depends on what you are doing to the car. like if you have black wheels, dark window tint, and maybe the tail lights with some smoke on them then yes def do the vents black....it will blend in better and look better. if you want more of a clean look then go all silver. Just as a note i dont like the pic with the third vent painted...looks kinda weird i dunno like they just messed up and forgot to paint it. imho

personally, i like option 3. but i hear a lot of people complain abotu the CF cracking. if i put another layer of clear coat over it, would that help the clear coat from cracking? because if i were to leave the vents carbon fiber, i definitely do not want them cracking...
