I just thought that I would share my experiences with this company. I originally posted this thread about two weeks ago, but it had to be taken down as the guys at Concept Z were holding my bumper ranson after having to wait a month to get my order...
Brief rundown of what happened...
Ordered bumper, site states it will be shipped in 1-2 days, waited a week and still no word, so I called in, was told that it would ship then end of the following week, called at the end of the following week, was told it would be in the next day, and then called to find it would be the next day, and then the next day...after about 5 days, the guys at CZP decided hey, maybe we should do something about this and actually find out where the product that we are selling is, they kept blaming the trucking company, and then told me that I could get my grill free due to the fact that it took sooooo long.
Well, they finally go to ship my bumper and someone finds my original thread where I was sharing my experience and I get a phone call telling me that my bumper would not be shipped out. After some arguement, I am told that if I pull the thread, I will get my bumper and that I wouldn't be getting my grill for free. So I pulled the thread as my bumper was being held ransom cause they got some bad press.
Hmmm, isn't this an online forum where people come to find out about what other people are doing, how companies products and service are, and all things realted to our great cars? I could have swore that it was...And tsk, tsk, tsk CZP. If you had done YOUR home work, you would have saw that there were other people that had issues with your products and service. yeah, I FINALLY got it and got it on, but I just can't believe a company is gonna not deliver their product that was already paid for because they got some bad press. Ridiculous.

 

So they charged you before they shipped? My friend ordered 350Z Greddy side skirts from them last week I'll ask him tomorrow morning if they shipped yet. However from what I heard they are a good retailer.

Yeah, I didn't get charged till it Finally shipped, but I was also under the impression that they were the only ones that carried it. Had I known about Z1motorsports I would have canceled the order. Fitment was pretty good, but service SUCKED. I am most p!ss@d that they were trying to hold it hostage since I gave them some bad press.
