Wetsanding & Buffing Small Objects

I need to wetsand & buff a few small plastic parts that I just painted. I think it would be difficult to use a PC / buffing wheel on them when it comes time to buff them so is there anything else I can use? Are microfiber polishing towels OK or are there special polishing rags/towels/sponges for stuff like this? any help is much appreciated - thanks!

buffing out wet sanded areas usually require a fairly high speed buffer. you can do it with a pc, but it would imagine it would take a long time. depending on how small the pieces are, i would suggest a dremel with a polishing head, or maybe you can try a mother polishing ball.

They actually make small pads then 3 inch. If you have smaller parts to polish.

There is a brand called CIA they make a small air powered variable speed polisher. Comes in a nice case. Then you can get the small hookit pads for buffing back the shine

some 3" pads here. http://www.tcpglobal.com/detailsupplydepot/dsd9.aspx. They have a ton of sister sites for paint, supplys, and anything else you would need.
