Lightbulb UPDATED w/PICS: To paint or not to paint?????

I just got a set of 06 Projectors, I have a blk. 03 coupe, should I paint the headlights black????? I have them taken apart and taped up..I am leaving the round projector area chrome and rest blk... but i was having second thoughts...any pics with blk coupe with blk. lights?? Let me know ya'lls input, Thanks

Painted with 8000k bulbs...they're not as blue as they look in the pics

I'm not crazy about black headlights, but it'll look better if you leave the projectors chrome and paint the rest. good luck!

should I leave the side strip chrome too? or would that look wierd ("clearance strip")

i'd paint the strip as well...not the best pics of his lights to see the painted housings since they are lit up like a spaceship but you get the idea

nice....im planning to get 8k bulbs as well...ohh strip painted...i won't be able to put em on till next weekend tho...will have pics

done...needs clear coat n stuff...and maybe cutoff and colormod.
