water is getting in my headlamps??

water is getting in my headlamps when it rains, or when i wash my car
and then it fogs up in there

how can i fix this??
please help

btw-its an 03

its not tht much water..lol, but its enough to **** me off when i look at it
and its only on the right one, the left one is fine

have u painted u head lights before?
if not this is ur chance to do it
and when u put emm back together u do a better job sealing and ur set

It's actually a problem with the 03 headlamps. Mine used to do it all the time. Gets really annoying. I upgraded to the 06-07 projectors...no issues yet with those.

Sadly enough I had the same issue and I upgraded to the 06-07 projectors as well. Ya the 06's do it as well... to fix it we're going to take the headlight out and take a nitrogen hose to it. Nitrogen will get rid of all the water vapor in the lamp and then we'll reseal it with JB weld or something to that extent. Might be a bit hard to find a nitrogen tank but I have it available to me because my dad builds medical equipment and they use it quite often. Just one option if you can find where the lamp isn't sealed and have access to nitrogen.

or u can just put it in the oven for 12 minutes open them, paint them, and reseal...wtf u need nitrogen for lol

**** yesterday it was raining pretty hard,
my right headlight went out,
so hard to drive home in the dark

edit--
where can i buy 06-07 headlights??
how much will it cost?

just to make sure fits in an 03?

or are you missing a back cap? or didn't lock it back in after a bulb change.
