Has anyone heard of headlightfilms.com or had any luck with them??? I ordered a taillight film from them a few months ago, and still havent received my product.... A couple weeks after I placed the order there was something on the site about an expired certificate or something? WTF???

I ordered some stuff from them a few months ago. After two months of waiting with no email replys or anything I let my bank get my money back. I got my money back right away and within a couple of weeks they closed the case.

btw i tried calling all the phone numbers i could find for them. they are listed on the bbb site. they are also called carcustomz.com

 

so your bank can get the money back???

 

by they way, what did you tell the bank? just the whole situation and they said no problem?

all i did is called my bank and told them i made a purchase online and never received the product. I told them I have emailed them 5 times and have called and left messages about 5 times also. That way the bank knows you already tried to fix the problem. So they credited me the next day but said that they will investigate and if the problem is fixed i will have to give the money back. couple of weeks later i got a letter from the bank saying the investigation is closed and the money is mine to keep.
