How to fix this ?
i dont know what these things are called ..whether they serve only aesthetic purposes or protect something..but my drivers side one has come off a bit ..(where the red arrow points)
The inside part is screwed in but any suggestions on what kind of glue to use to stick the part that is coming off ,back on ?

It's basically cosmetic but serves a small purpose of keeping chips and rocks from hitting the lower part of your car. I'd leave it on-- can't hurt the car. I've found Automotive Goop to me much more effective than 3M tape. Just clean the area real well, squirt it in and let it dry. It should stick for the life of your car. It's the new duct tape miracle for me!
