Thanks got a spare grill I'm going to start trying to do this. Which is easier for somebody that hasn't worked with either.

I just went and looked at it... doesn't actually seem that hard. I might give it a try sometime... though I don't really want to buy a spare grill! Is there a DIY for how to replicate the bumps??

yeah.. did mine in gloss black.. check my sig for my progression thread to see pics.. I'm getting the CS rear, and going to do the diffuser in Gloss black as well to match the front.

If i do my grille flat black. Do I still need a clear coat? wouldnt the clear coat make it more shiney/glossey?
also what kind of primer should I get?

My g is the same color and I'm doing the grill semi-gloss black today and I'm gonna leave the emblem chrome for now but order paint from nissan and eventually do the emblem carribean blue

My wheels are also powder coated black...
I'll post pictures when I'm done

quick question..
If the spray paint can has a flat black cap, does that mean its flat? even tho it doesnt say notin about being flat on the can?

also does clear coat come in flat?
