ok so before any tells me to SEARCH with capital letters lol i did and couldnt find anything about this lol... I have a 05 coupe and i have the dead rat antenna on top of my window and i also have a black plastic strip on the top of the window.

I cant sit my roof spoiler flush on the glass against the roof lip with the plastic piece in the way and ill post pics so you guys know what im talking about.

Do i put the spoiler right over the plastic strip or can i take off that peice and just sit my spoiler over it. I think the plastic is there to hide the antenna wires but i dont want to take it off and find a mess under it and plus its probably Glued on strong lol

Any suggestions on what i should do... Place over or take strip off?? and please dont respond with dont put the roof spoiler on its ugly. I LIKE IT lol thanks

 

u have to put the roof spoiler after the plastic piece.

 

you mean like not on the plastic part.. before it like this picture? you sure i cant take the plastic off i dont think it will look good before it because its goint to be silver then black strip then silver roof...

 

that weather liner is there to hide and protect the SAT antenna wire... Only Gs with SAT antenna has this.. its up to you you can uninstall this weather strip and use the roof spoiler to hide and protect the wire or you can install the roof spoiler AFTER the weather strip

 

yeah thanks i think im just going to take it off i dont even have sat radio and dont plan on getting it.. im good with my MP3 Cds and Radio lol...
