i have 35% in front, and just got my 2nd ticket within 3 years. both times the tickets were given in conjunction with a speeding ticket...

5%?? can you see at night? well i got ticketed for 20% on the front windows and tinted tails that were visible at night and when you step on the brake.

haha it depends on how dark it is. if there is very little street lighting then its a bit tough, but you get used to it... or just roll down the windows, safety first!

just a FYI do not drive to LAX or any airports with your questionable tints and no front license plate.

because of the increase in security THEY WILL GET YOU!!!! just like they got me....

I had 35% tint on my fronts and that only lasted for 2 months. I got pulled over by CHP and was given a fix-it ticket going 41-N towards Coarsegold. The ticket was close to $200 if I paid, I removed the tints and got the ticket signed off.

oh man that really sucks about cali's tint & plate laws... so fuggin gay! i had a 97 240sx for years with 20% all around, never got pulled over in CA, MD, DC, or VA. now i have a G in florida, which lets you have 28% front / anything in the back, but im wondering if i should do just do 35% since im planning on moving back to CA in a few months...

i got 13% all around, the tint i got is supposed to be reflective or somethit. if the sun is out u can see inside and when its cloudy and no light hits inside, you cant really see. depends on what angle u see my windows at, lol Name: IMG_0005.jpg Views: 8554 Size: 68.4 KB

i have 20% on the rear window and 35% on the fronts and i've never been harrased for it (knock on wood) i have a sedan though with stone interior so i guess prolly reason why i dont get much attention from cops
