no its airbrushed dude...go to googl and research air-brushing.....its manually applied by hand to the car..basically painted on the car with the invision of the gentleman that created this car. He was a member on here before. There was a long lengthy post of his progression of having this done on his car.

 

its considered a work of art....you have to special skills to be able to peform it since majority is painted without stencils etc appiled to the car. here is a site of other peoples work.
