if you apply tire dressing to the weather sealing each time you clean your car it wont dry out

Like I said before I'll be going to buy the part from the stealer and just replacing the whole thing unless there are any other remedies...
What is the weather stripping? is that the black plastic stuff besides the window? My car's passenger side air leak, god damn annoying... I really want to fix it. And the windows does move when i closed the door, is that mean the height of the windows doesn't need to adjust?

You don't need to adjust your windows. Your weather stripping is going bad. Same as mine. And yes, that black stuff around the door frame is the weather stripping. Be ready to pay $120+ for a piece of rubber from the stealer for just the part.... I'll be doing the install myself either over the weekend or early next week and I'll let you know how it goes. I don't know if enough people are having this issue to put together a DIY. I'll take some pictures regardless so people can have them if need be.

I had the exact same problem. Beleive me, i know exactly the pain anyone havign the same problem would have.......Infact mine was on the Driver side and it was so messed up that whenever I drive it through an automatic car wash, I had to take off my shirt and cover the gaps to stop the water from coming in........

I took it to the Infiniti Delearship and they took care off it by putting in additional weather strips and the best part they did it free of charge......

I think BMW sells some kind of rubber conditioner for these kinds of seals, because their coupes are the same way. I had this problem on my e36, but only after it was 10 years old.

I wouldn't put tire dressing on it. Most of that stuff is just silicone, and that **** is nasty if it touches the windows.

A quick search says a product such as Wurth Rubber Conditioner (or any other rubber protection product WITHOUT SILICON) will work best.
