Quick question on the light strips on the outer edges of each headlight. Does anyone know the actual term for these lights? Im looking to buy replacements and i see the layout for the G35 and the closest thing i can see to that light is Side FR and Side RE, well regardless of this all the recommended options are the same size LED so i guess knowing the name really doesnt matter, but Im not really sure on how to replace these lights, or when they turn on.

they're clearance lights as said above, and 168 wedge bulbs do the trick -- PIAA #19170 to be exact

hey Jeff, how do you know your car is a 04.5? actually, let me rephrase the question, how do i know if mine is an 04.5 or not... i bought mine on 3/27/04... and its an 04 for sure, 04.5 i dont know...

i got mine on June 21, 2004...somewhere on this forum (can't remember where) they have a list of VIN numbers that tell you what your car is. it's like if the VIN begins with an 8 (or something, i really have no idea) then its an 04 but if its a 9 then its 04.5 ...i remember seeing it before and checkin mine so i know, but you'll have to find that break down of the VINs to figure out yours.
