My bluebatmobile.com inlays!
Re: My bluebatmobile.com inlays!
Tailights and markers are 6/10, headlight (which I screwed up) are 3/10. keep in mind that the pictures taken were at peak daylight hours and the lights are just the parking lights, not brake lights!

roadracer - looks good on IP bro. Did your overlay come in 2pcs?
I just received my overlays for my taillights and headlights. Both came in 2 pcs, i am concerned about potentially have a visible line where the pieces come together. Did you have to trim any? any tips for trimming or installation is appreciated.
Thanks!

Yes, they did come in two pieces and I totally understand your concern, I had the same! You do not notice the gap, just be sure you keep it as close a gap as you can. I am DEFINATELY no pro at this sort of thing, so if I can do it anyone can!
I did have to do a tiny bit of trim on the top outer section of the tailight, no big deal, just be sure you have a new and sharp razor blade on hand.
I used simple dish soap and water and was sure that it was nice a wet, this allows you to move it around to get the right placement. A hair dryer is necessary to remove all the bubbles, try to get as many out as you can before using heat though. Be as patient as possible, this is where it gets tough for me!!!!
I screwed up the headlights, I think they are too curved and you need to have done some before to get them right! Hope this helps?

I am a little chicken Sh#T about doing it myself and i will probably take it to a tintshop and pay the little $$ to get it done right.
