I debaged my baby tonight, and she looks so much cleaner.
The Infiniti lettering was a piece of cake, but the G35 was a little tough.
Used a hair dryer to soften up the adhesive, then took dental floss to remove the lettering. After that is was a lot of rolling with the fingers to get the adhesive off. I have a nasty blister on one of 'em,
I love how it looks, and will be waxing it with the Blackfire kit Saturday morning. The first detail of my G. Can't wait...

Hey, pesti.. I like the black chrome Mt Fuji on the front grill.. it matches the grill better than the stock chrome.

Thanks ryoken! The one kool thing is that it makes the front grille look like it has a black tint.. since the chrome around it reflects the black from the emblem... in the first meet I went to alot of people noticed it..

The front grill has that sort of medium-dark gray chrome, kinda like hematite. Ryoken likes hematite. [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

I used some WD40 on the G35 lettering adhesive (although I was a little nervous putting it on the paint.) That stuff was a pain. The other lettering came off pretty easily with just the fingers.
I don't usually rub my finger tips that hard against most things. The wife doesn't like it. [img]/w3timages/icons/wink.gif[/img]
