I hear some use gutter guard (from HomeDepot). Some use expanded metal mesh. What can I find expanded metal ? Are there any stores that carry a variety of expanded metal mesh that you can choose from ?

Suppose I finally get it, what do I use to attach it to the bumper ? glue ?

I had a mesh grille on my car that i ordered online, i used double sided tape and used a black sharpie marker on the inside so it wasnt noticeable, then i used epoxy glue on the tape and putt he mesh grille onto the tape so its not directly on the bumper, i took it off though because it started to look very cheap on the car, never again!
