OEM rear lip for an 05?

Is it possible to put on a OEM 03-04 rear lip on a 2005 sedan? without major work needed?

By OEM I assume you mean Nismo, they are discontinued and you will likely not find one. There have been 2 of us that have done it, including myself, another guy is working on it right now.

Parts you will need:
1. An 03-04 rear bumper
2. An 03-04 rear lip (Nismo, Stillen, Wald Replica, etc.)
3. 03-04 mudguards, piece right behind the wheel that goes behind the lip. These should not be confused with splash guards which go on top of the bumper. These will make everything line up with the 03-04 bumper and lip without modification. If you don't purchase these then your body shop will have to do some slight modifications to make everything fit. IIRC they are ~$150 from Riverside Infiniti.

Here is the result:

its not possible to put the nismo rear lip on an 05-06 bumper? I would need to get a 03-04 bumper for this?

^I'm not aware that it has ever been attempted before. The lip would have to be modified by your body shop. The extra labor associated with that is not worth it IMO and you aren't guaranteed OEM fitment. Overall its cheaper (and it will likely fit better) if you get an 03-04 bumper.

You won't be able to find one new anywhere that I'm aware of (and I searched quite a bit before I bought a used one)

Its a direct fit. You'll need the 03-04 mudguards (part behind the wheel that goes under the lip) for everything to line up properly. If you don't get them your body shop can mod it a bit to fit.
