Replace rear mud flaps

Im trying to replace my rear mudflaps. How do you remove the old ones? is it just clips holding it or do i need to take floss and get the sticky tape off?

there is double sided tape so yeah use floss

cool. thanks! Any more tips? should i buy some double sided tape when i replace them? if so the 3m double sided tape?

oh there are also screws on the inside of the fender... are you buying new or used ones?

Yes. They actually make a full lip kit and thats what im going to do to my car this weekend. Full carbon fiber lip kit install.
