Stock front bumper question

The two little black plastic mesh pieces on the bumper grill, do they come out? I want to paint them. If not what would be a good way to go about painting them without getting paint all over the bumper? Thanks guys!

No they do not come out, if you want to paint them you need to mask the bumper of to leave just the vents showing.

Didnt think so, was just checking. Any recommendations as far as paint to use? Im just gonna paint it flat black I think.
