Re: Progress so far..
yea the factory sideskirts need to be remove in order for the ED ones to go on..
here is a pic of the k & N g35. these came out of the same exact mold that yours came out of so they should fit the same.. i should also mention that no modifications were done to the sideskirts on the k&n car other than paint. there is a slight bow but with fibergalss parts these days it is relatively minor and can be adjusted. if anyone needs help with anyone at extreme dimensions i'd talk to george or steve, they are usually really helpful.

I like the look but I'm not happy with the paint job. I couldn't see it till I got it in the sunlight today and there is nothing but orange peel in the reflection. So I'll be taking it back tomorrow to get it done right at the shops expense. It would have really helped to have people who know what they're doing in the local area, but I did the best I could. I appreciate joenismo answering all of my nagging questions, I wish I had known 4 weeks ago everything I know now.

Re: Progress so far..
Looks like the sides and the front bumper fit very good. Are you planning on installing any mesh behind the air ducts on the front bumper, or grille? I want to see it lowered with wheels. Hope you can get your paint issue resolved, it looks fine in the pictures, but I know it may not in person.

Looks good Tony. I agree the Nismo front looks clean and classy. What happened to your RH J8s? Should have let me known you were doing all of this. I could have pointed you to my painter.

Re: Progress so far..
You'll definitely have to help me out in the local area Tommas, I got the orange peel taken care of but one panel has to be painted all over again so I have to take it back yet again. Thanks for the compliments though. I know its hard to see but there is mesh behind the air ducts there its painted black as well so it doesn't really show up in the pictures. The guy was afraid to touch the headlights and I can't blame him, he had to pay $650 for a new one. Now I'm just anxious to get the wheels and lower it.
