Leather inserts on doors delaminating
Hey guys: I remember other members having this issue and asking what kind of glue to use the re-adhere them. I used good old contact cement on both surfaces. Just follow the directions carefully. Also align the leather insert very carefully as you push it back into place. You get one shot to get it right. If you misalign it, and try to pull it off to start again, you will rip all the foam backing off of the leather fabric. Mine are repaired perfectly with no evidence of coming off.

thats weird your having this problem. I WANT THIS PROBLEM.. I took my door panel off to see if I can separate perforated holes section of the door panel to either wrap it in suede or dye the leather on their a diff color... That perforated hole part seems to be held on there permanently.
I wish I could take off the perforated whole section of the door panel if anyone knows how to do it that would be a big help..
Oh btw they do make interior trim spray adhesive for exact situations such as this
