its not that they have bad customer service their US department of the company get messed up sometimes, they actually have good customer service you just have to either wait for an email or send them a second email saying that you are still waiting for a reply

and car thieves never turn the ignition by just sticking a screw driver in and turning This makes the car so easy to steal honestly...

 

any thief would know that, that "method" of starting a car does not work on newer cars.... also they give you a cap that covers the ignition cylinder so it looks like nothings there, if you decide to place the touch start button somewhere else.

 

Anyone around chicago area knows a good shop to install this kit?

 

i dotn think they would actually put the key in there, jsut the transponder chip from the key. idk maybe they do... but maybe its liek the ST800, it may have some security elements too...
