G35man04 is correct with how the **** will function. You will just push down on the entire **** to activate the shift lock/switch. These are going to look CLEAN! Here is the pic without the slots. I like it a lot more.

have you ever removed an auto-shift ****....its just a piece of plastic inside of the shift **** that activates the up and down motion...I believe OP would still utilize that function and just have a mechanism to allow the shift **** to spring up and down

The internal design of the **** is very similar to the way the RAZO ***** work for A/T. There will be a piece on the inside that will remain stationary (locked onto the shaft of the shifter ), and a spring will mount on top of that. The main body and the lower finisher (made from titanium) will be able to float around the piece that is locked onto the shaft. A spring that will sit on top if the internal stationary piece will allow you to push down on the **** itself to activate the switch.

I believe the RAZO ***** utilize the blue plastic piece that sits on top of the metal bar that activates the shift lock.... I am planning on having the user remove this piece ( all you do is pull it off ) in order to allow the **** to sit as low as possible.

The internal design of this is a little tricky, but at least you wont have to have a button on the top like the MOMO ***** and I will be talking to my vendors for polishing and hopefully the burned/mirror look similar to the ARC *****. These ***** are definitely going to be sexy.

I've been looking for an alternative to the momo, and I like the simple and clean look of your rendering without the groves. Any chance you will offer any other finishes besides titanium? The titanium looks a little dark in the picture.

I can offer the **** in Aluminum as well for a significantly reduced price since Aluminum is waaaaaay cheaper than Titanium. ( just for reference Titanium is about $35/lb compared to Aluminum at around $2-$3/lb. ) Yes Titanium is much lighter than Aluminum and a lot stronger too, but it is not cheap.

The color of the **** in the rendering is not how it will look once machined... I will post pics up of what the finish will look like after it is machined once I get off work. Also, if you visit www.lfindustriesinc.com on the homepage there is a picture of a titanium flashlight towards the top of the page. That is what the finish will look like coming straight off the machine. The ***** will be much more affordable if I dont have to get any outside processes done to them ( like the ARC burned/mirror finish )... I think the ***** will look really good without an added finish, but I know there will be some of you out there who want the ARC look.

Let me know your thoughts... Thanks again everyone for the interest!

no no no... sorry my bad. That's a flashlight body we manufacture at my work. I just threw it up so people could see what the actual outside FINISH will look like in terms of color and shine

The inside pieces are a spring and a round piece that has a couple of set screws in it to lock onto the shifter... I will be sure to provide DETAILED instructions on installation once complete.
