A/T Titanium shift knob interest
#94
The internal design of the **** is very similar to the way the RAZO ***** work for A/T. There will be a piece on the inside that will remain stationary (locked onto the shaft of the shifter ), and a spring will mount on top of that. The main body and the lower finisher (made from titanium) will be able to float around the piece that is locked onto the shaft. A spring that will sit on top if the internal stationary piece will allow you to push down on the **** itself to activate the switch.
I believe the RAZO ***** utilize the blue plastic piece that sits on top of the metal bar that activates the shift lock.... I am planning on having the user remove this piece ( all you do is pull it off ) in order to allow the **** to sit as low as possible.
The internal design of this is a little tricky, but at least you wont have to have a button on the top like the MOMO *****
and I will be talking to my vendors for polishing and hopefully the burned/mirror look similar to the ARC *****. These ***** are definitely going to be sexy.

***** will be here soon, thankfully spring break is coming the week of march 19-26, so I will not have school weighing down on my shoulders. I spent a good few hours modifying the internal design tonight and still have to get some springs made up for the internal mechanism. Sorry again for this taking so long, I really appreciate everyone's patience as well as suggestions for what you all would like to see.
I agree with doing something similar to the RAZO ****, but the ball style is what I'm after. Also, after I put the first prototypes out, I plan on putting an Infiniti logo on the top of the ****.
I think that will give it a nice look that will compliment the interior.
Stay tuned for updates! Hopefully the next time I post I will have some pictures.
