I got 1 tail is fully built and finishing up on the last then shipping back to gflip so he can reinstall his lenses . I will post pics and a video in a little while . I recently got a new camera and kind of od'ed on pictures so its gonna take me a little while to upload . All 18mp 1080p quality . I document the build from start to finish so you guys can see the quality and amount of work that goes into my build . It easily exceeds oem quality .

Exclamation

Here we go . I tried to document most stuff in the pics . There is a lot of work before whats in the pics in designing and building the PCBs .Pics start at the end of pcb fabrication to finish . My Illumenator and DFC modules are standard boards we make that are used on a lot of my retrofits . Leds used are genuine LEDs (same as factory ) and come in BIN code matched factory tubes . Bin matching from the factory means every led is tested and sorted to have the exact same hue, brightness, voltage and current . No LED is different by even the slightest margin unlike normal LEDs sold most LEDs which are sold in bags of unmatched LEDs . Leds also run at 70ma typ rather than the majority of leds that only run at 20ma . The custom led boards im also using 2oz of copper which add to reliablility by dissapating more heat . All boards are plug and play . The illumenator pulse width modulated the Leds to control marker brightness while also voltage regulating the LEDs to 12v even when the car is putting out 14+ V . Letting the LEDs see 14+v is the biggest contributor to failing LEDs . The DFC module is working in conjuction with the Illumenator letting the LED rings work as turn signals thus disabling the marker or brake function when turn signal is active . Also as you can see in the pics i replaced the factory LED PCB with my own . I could have used the factory but wanted to be sure they matched in everyway . Also because the oem board circuit is less reliable than the new one because of the parallel wiring . Lastly as you can see i needed to design 2 different inner ring because the factory mounting spots are different between the 03-05 and 06-07 .

Pics in order somewhat .Videos at the bottom .Taken with canon rebel t2i .

WOW... JUST WOW!!!

Cant wait to get them back and installed. AMAZING WORK!

The red of the 2 rings look a little different but I think its cuz the chrome is a little different on the parts I had plated, should look exactly the same once I put the red lens back on.

Also look more uniform once I get the clear domes in the center of all 4 rings
