keep blowing fuses

hey everyone. i have a annoying problem and i cant figure out. when i was doing my turbo install my dome lights randomly went out followed by a blown fuse, specifically, the 10 amp fuse located in fuse box in the car for the heated seats, display, and AC controls. it was giving me problems and blew a few times but it managed to disappear for about a month. 2 days ago it started again and its worse. i replaced the fuse several times and soon as the ingnition is turned to the on position it blows. been trying to find which wires look worn or touching and i cant find anything. the fuse just keeps blowing and i dont have ac controls, heated seats dont turn on and the compass and out side temp is all blank. very annoyed. i checks all the grounds in the engine bay and everything is tight and in the right spot. what else can it be? please help!
