I would get a lawyer but seeing that I would end up paying more to go to court I'm just going to take care of it myself. I don't ever want that fatt boy around my car. I learned my lesion...

What's funny is that the owner obviously named the shop after himself...

I am not advocating ever going to court, it would be a waste of time and money. But a quote from a paint shop to fix it is free. If you can get a lawyer to draw you up a letter for file of suit to the shop owner with the quote attached. They may be willing to quickly settle.

I used Paintscratch.com when I bought OEM ky0 paint for my Z. I was painting my own eyelids and it was a perfect match, they sell clearcoat and a bunch of other stuff too. im almost positive tht they will have your color, as for the can, you would have to check the site.

I filed a complaint With the area BBB today. Hope they take it to this guy hard; I have developed hatred for this shop and I try and spread the word as much as possible ! I will update when I hear something back from the BBB.

Again, that picture pails in comparison to what my rear fenders look like ( if you can imagine that all the way around and even peeling on the outer most edge). Going to upload pictures this weekend, just need to get the G up on the lift.
