I have a 03 6MT Coupe and I really like this kit. Anybody know of if this kit is available for the coupe? I could actually settle for just the front bumper, but I dont know if the sedan fascia is interchangeable with the coupe? Any input? http://www.i-m-racing.com/gialcorbodki.html

I don't like the way it looks on the sedan, but I'm pretty sure it will look good on the coupe.

well, if you went to the JGTC show.. AIT racing just developed a new coupe kit thats basically the gialla kit from the sedan. i think you can wait for that if you like it. Personally i think it looks ugly!

i guess this is a good thread for me to post on, since it's in reference to a link on our website. the gialla kit for the sedan is NOT interchangeable with the coupe. they're completely different bumpers. sorry for the bad news, and the tardiness of this reply, but i just noticed the tread.

well that kit is on the DG Coupe is mine.. thanks Ed didn't know you thought it was that ugly.. lol no hard feelings.. any way that is like the Gialla kit, i really didn't know that what they would make for me but hey it was a sponsorship thing so I'm not one to argue.. the front, sides and rear all have carbon fiber, and the canards are in carbon fiber as well.. this kit wont be out for a while but I may be selling mine to get a widebody done.. i'll try to post more pics when I get a chance!

 

hehe sry.... neva thot it was great when gialla made it for the sedan... kept my opinion about it all the way through... just speaking my opinions.....

no worries.. everyone has they're opinion..

 

no the sedan front is not interghangable with the coupe fronts. i think ait might have made the front for the 2dr using the 4dr version but their fiberglass is thin and generally weaker then others.. i guess if you really wanted it you could reinforce it with more fiberglass but im not sure if it is really worth it.
