Looks like a VIS hood. Seibon has couple hoods for G35, which IMO looks a little better than VIS hoods.

i guess i'm getting too old.....because i don't get some of these "newer" mods/body kit styles. for example, i understand the point of a carbon fiber hood to reduce the weight but what's up with the "hit-you-in-the-face" styling with a dark cf hood and a different colored body that REALLY stands out. is it supposed to be that way? similarly, i keep seeing rice-racers with body kits that appear to not be painted yet. so, the upper portion of the body is often times a funky blue, green, purple, or red color and then the bottom portion which is the added-on body kit is drab whitish/off white. is that how it's supposed to be and i'm just too old to see the "cool" style? or is it what i think it is......the ricers got the bodykit but are saving up to paint it?!?!?

also, i keep seeing modded out rice-racers with like two aftermarket rims in front but then old a$$ unfinished wheels without hubcabs in the back...or vice-versa. now, did those dudes rims get stolen but the thieves didn't finish the job or is that a "cool stylin' look"?!?!? : )

haha...i guess its just a personal preference. a lot of people like the OEM cf hood. but, i decided to get a little extreme to be noticed. as for the black on red...i like it.

i'm with you on the unpainted body kits and only 2 rims. i guess some can't wait until parts are painted or they got all 4 rims. gotta show what the DO have. lol.

thanks for the input.

IMO, the hood is too extreme. It makes the car look too RICE.
