Need help with Greddy Bumper decision??

I am thinking of buying a Greddy front bumper from a guy here in Miami. It's already painted my car color DG. My only worry is that I won't have the friont mount intercooler so I was wondering how you guys think it will look without it. Also that bumper seems to be low as it is and i was about to order the Tein S-Techs and I am worrying about scraping. What do you guys think. Here is a picture and the link of th guys car I might buy it from.

you should paint your bumper support black, or take it out or else it'll stand out like a sore thumb since it's aluminum color..the greddy mouth it so big the bumper support shows. i put on the bumper at stock height just to see how it is driving with it. I scrape going up and down driveways unless you angle your car. it's about 4" off the ground at stock height. so i imagine it's about 2-3 inches off the ground when you lower your car.

Thanks for all the advice. I bought the bumper yesterday and put it on and it looks good (only paid $300 painted). I am going to have to paint the bumper support but you can't really see it. The bumper fits perfect after a little playing with it. As of the ride height, it is about 5 inches of the ground since I running with 20"s so I think I still am going to drop it after all. That should still leave me about 4 inches which is enough clearance for me because my last car had about the same. I will post some pics when I am done washing it today.

I got it for that price because the guy bought it from (the guy in the pictures) just wanted to get rid of it because it was just laying in his garage. He had just bought the Top Secret front bumper and already had the nismo front bumper on his car. So this was his third front bumper and just sold it to recoup some of his money.
