Window Washer Pump not Pumping

I was wondering what could be wrong with it, it seems the pump isnt getting any electricity. Any help is appreciated

Check to make sure the connections aren't junk, can you hear any noise when you try to use it? It might just be the pump is toast but it just make be the connection
