wind tunnel tested?

wind tunnel tested?

The question is straight forward:

Were any of the body kits aerodynamically tested in a wind tunnel?

I know Nismo's authentic kits were but what about the other manufacturers?

... reason being, I want to customize my own front end and possibly other parts (yes, with my bare hands) without the expense of wind tunnel testing. May sound far-fetched but I have thought about this project for awhile and I think I shall start soon. Creativity and artisanship go hand in hand!

Thoughts?

I highly doubt it. I'm sure they might be tested to a degree to make sure there isn't enough drag to rip the thing off. Just look at all the kits that have built in foglights. Nothing but drag.
