How to remove/replace 2003 g35 kick plates?

A screwdriver with a rag on the end to not scratch anything. Pry it up gently. I guess. I never tried. Might need to pop out the silver insert first. Im also a bit worried your actually posting a question about removing kick plates. Good luck.
