Kuruma Z fitment issues?

Does anyone else have a bad fitment issue with the clear corners for the Kuruma Z? My shop acknowledged me about it and when I tried to take off the clear corners today to replace light bulbs, it feels like its about to snap and I have to force it off which I dont want to do. Anyone else having this problem?

the metal "springy" tab is wat make its tight or loose. trust me u want it tight. but if ur don't jus bend the tab inwards that should make the fit not so tight
