what splitter is this specific one??? help

hi i was looking for a lil help i have fell for this splitter on this g35 (NOT MINE) just curious if anyone knows what splitter it is as i like the stock bumper look with splitter on it. Also if it is carbon or fiberglass? Thanks in advance
