Body Mods Done!

I picked up my car from the body shop yesterday and everything turned out great - the only problem was that there were some runs in the paint on the grille, so they were going to repaint it this morning and see if they can adjust it to fit perfectly (there was a little gap in the middle, but nothing to worry about)

This is everything I had done:

*Nismo front bumper with inserts painted flat black
*Unlimited Tuning GTR Grille painted with "350GT" logo on mesh (put an extra coat of paint on mesh)
*SpoilerDepot rear lip spoiler installed
*Rear bumper and trunk lid repainted (garage door incident) with diffuser area painted flat black to match front inserts

I took some pics with the Digicam before it started raining yesterday evening, so I'll make sure and post those this evening so you can see the results - I can't wait until my wheels come in next week so the look will finally be complete!

My impressions of everything:
I love the Nismo bumper and the fit was pretty spot on (the body shop said it fit very nicely) - I really think I made a good decision on painting the inserts black (adds a little racey touch to an otherwise conservative bumper) but I do need to put some mesh behind the inserts as you can see all the way through them and to the ground since I removed the tray under the engine
The GTR grille fit OK, but it left the signature gap in the middle (even though it has a support) that they're going to attempt to fix
The spoilerdepot lip spoiler fit awesome and looks great - my wife said that was her favorite part - it definitely adds a lot to the rear along with the black diffuser area

Overall, I'm very pleased with the outcome and I can't wait to post pics this evening so I can get your comments!

Brandon

It is definitely an economical body kit of sorts as everything (after shipping/paint/install) only cost about $1,300!

This also shows what a coupe looks like on Hotchkis Springs since many members have been asking me for a pic of the drop...

Let me know if you want to see anything else...

btw, these pics were taken yesterday - this morning they adjusted the bumper and grille a little bit to even all the gaps up - it looks nearly perfect now...

I think everything is perfect... but the UT grill is not perfectly fit. there is a noticeable gap in the middle.
