you can compare the clearance strip in the headlight with the vinyl'd sidemarker. the sidemarker has 6/10 tint. and is considerably darker.
i believe there is a cb coupe next to the one i linked. that is an 03, and those housings are almost chrome. the 04's housing match with the finish on the grill.
