passenger door buttons died, trying to roll up window manually

passenger door buttons died, trying to roll up window manually

So my buttons died the window doesnt go up or down, the window motor doesnt even make a noise and the lock buttons doesnt work. Also i was trying to take off the door, i took off the first part the plastic, i am up to the metal and i snap 3 bolts help, which way is the correct way to take them off and i am using the 10mm

Look up how to replace the window motor there is a thread with pictures, it's very simple.

You probably have broken wires in the flex duct between the chassis and the door since you lost power to completely different systems suddenly.

THANKS but i was looking at those post but cant figure out why i was snapping the bolts off
