How do I know when to replace the window motor on a coupe?

I recently bought a 2004 G35 coupe, and the passenger side window takes about twice as long as the driver's side window to go down. Is this a sign I should look to replace the motor soon?

Yep, that's a good indicator that the motor is about to fail.
