stuff came in and i need some help please
Hey all
I just got my urethane replica data lip in, and gt sides. The lip is a perfect fit and i am very happy with it. The part i need help with is on how to take the stock side skirts off. I do not want to mess anything up so if some could please tell me how to remove the stock sideskirts i would be very greatful.

If you happen to read my 1st thread where I was trying to document some of the install of my GReddy front/sides and KenStyle rear I addressed this [thread: 'Day 1....'].
But there isn't much to it. I said that if I never saw, mentioned, or installed another side skirt of any kind on a G35 Coupe I would live my life perfectly happy....too bad I posted that when I just had one side off...I still had to do the drivers side skirt. They're a bitch...there is a trick to them, but I can't quite remember...Here goes..
--Be sure to take off all the visible screws/poppy deals/bolts from under, and around the skirts.
--Now, I started at the back.
--You either push forward and pull, or pull back and pull to get the rear clip off thats hidden underneath.
--next you have liiike...6 or 7 poppy things along the kick plate area. Just pull..hard. We broke more than half of these.
--Your kit should come with new deals to slide into the square slots that are under the stock skirts..if not...I'm sorry...lol. Like I said, I busted half mine off and then lost half of the stock clips in the car down in the hole. [no rattles from them...yet, lol.]
--Now you have another clip, like the back one. on the front side.
--Work it the way that worked best on the back...its either push forward and pull it off, or vice versa.
Good luck, and let me know. I'll probably never have to use the stock skirts again anyway so I just pulled them sumbitches off...as bad as they sounded popping and twisting...you'll never notice small mess ups in the finished product!

These are the lil beasties you have to get out....

A veiw of the back...its a circle with a square on it...tricky japs..hehe.

OK, this is where it gets good. This is the front clip I believe...for which side..I'm not sure anymore. But you can see the general way of how the white pop thing fits into it...

This is just the side poppy things youll need to get out. Just to show you how they are spaced etc. And there are 6 of them.
Good luck. Hope I helped SOME. Let me know!
Dam well im try it right now great info man, thanks alot for the help. Ill let you know how its goes.
