"Majestic Blue" with aftermarket headlights and a plenum spacer on Kansei Tandems.
What is this part?

This thing on my driver side has been broken for the longest time and I can't find out what the part name or number is. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've tried googling it and nothing has ever come up. It's like a seat belt holder that's on the shoulder of the seat, but nothing I search like that holds any result.

That's exactly what it is, a seat belt positioner mounted on the seat.

If you're talking about that "crack" in the middle, it's supposed to be like that so you can take the seatbelt out of it.

I know it's supposed to look like that, I mean that the holes where it screws down has been destroyed so it won't sit on the seat anymore. The picture I included is not mine, it's a screenshot from an ebay listing for a complete seat replacement.

Your best bet is probably finding a car locally at a pick-n-pull. A couple years ago I looked for MONTHS to find one for a little project I had on my coupe and never did find one.
