Philips Ultinons 6000k HID Installed (PICS)

For some reason this took me a lot longer to install than other people. I didn't even realize how yellow the stock HID's actually were until I installed these!! What a difference!!

Thanks guys Im really happy with em so far. Cost me $280...ouch!! Celica? Naw its a Lexus ES330.

WOW, where did you get them for 280, please PM where you got them. I am in desperate need of a new set of lights. I got the cheap korean ones which have burned out. Let me know.

I always loved the Philips Ultinon brand of HID's I had them on my accord, and they are so much "cleaner" and visible then the OEM hid bulbs..

i love em, looks really nice, yes where did you get these bulbs for $280? are they the D2R or D2S ones? And where they a pain to install?

Well they better be D2R. D2S will really mess up the balast, and its not that hard of install. Just takes some time and patience.

Please let us know where you got it. That price seems very awkward. The cheapest place i found online was 325 shipped to my door.

And everyone is on back order for these.

Since PM isn't working at the moment I'll just post it here. Make sure you get D2R. I got these on ebay for $260 plus $25 for overnight shipping.

I also found this website that has them for $280 including UPS ground shipping. I wanted mine sooner, so I went with ebay.

As for putting them in... I think I made it harder for myself than it should have been. I was really scared of breaking something, so just trying to be careful. Now that I've done it once, next time wont be so bad, but since there made by Philips this probably wont be anytime soon...

hey dem are clean..is it just the bulb u bought or u had to buy a whole new kit..i wanna upgrade my HIDs too..the stock ones are kinda yellowish to me..i want dem to be bright as the escalades and stuff..
